The mission of the Fiscal Affairs office is to serve our students, faculty, staff, administrators, and external customers in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner. We seek to comply with legislation, regulations, policies, and procedures of all governing bodies and external funding sources. We strive to provide accountability for, and maximize the use of, University resources.

Cashiers Office / Student Accounts
The Cashiers office is responsible for the student accounts and all College receipts. The office sells parking permits and collects payments for parking violations. They also manage copiers across campus and vending machine problems.

Parking Services
Parking services manages traffic and parking regulations on campus as well as allows for the purchase of parking permits for campus parking.

Human Resources
Human Resources handles all payroll functions, recruitment paperwork, and employee benefit information.

Accounting
The Accounting office manages the College's finances and assets. This includes Budgeting, Purchasing, Departmental Accounting, Grants, Contracts, and Inventory.

8:00am - 5:00pm
(Payments received after 3:30 pm will be credited to the account the next business day.)
