FLIGHT INSTRUCTORS SELECTED FOR K-STATE AVIATION DEPARTMENT August 22, 2003 The new flight instructors were chosen from a pool of applicants, all of whom were FAA certified flight instructors, having previously earned their CFI certificate. All applicants were required to attend standardization training for two days. The hiring committee held interviews with the applicants during those two days.
