K-STATE SALINA’S WILDCAT RUN WILL BENEFIT UNITED WAY

SALINA – K-State Salina’s Student Governing Association and Programming Board will host the 2011 Wildcat Run on Saturday, September 24 in conjunction with the Smoky Hill Museum Street Fair. Proceeds from the event will go to the United Way.

Participants can register for either the 5K Run or the two-mile Fun Run/Walk.

Check-in begins at 7 a.m. on the corner of Ash and Santa Fe, and the race will begin at 8 a.m. All pre-registered participants will receive a Wildcat Run T-shirt.

Registration is $15 before 4pm on Friday, Sept. 24 or $18 on Saturday, September 25. To register, contact the Office of Student Life at 785-826-2610.
