SALINA – The Kansas State University flight team took fifth place in the Region VI National Intercollegiate Flying Association’s Safety and Flight Evaluation Conference – SAFECON – Oct. 11-15 at Southeastern Oklahoma State University in Durant. The flight team represents K-State at Salina’s aviation department.
