GENERAL CAMP INFORMATION

Register:
To be part of the camp(s), send completed K-State at Salina 2008 Camp Registration Form, a copy of participant’s insurance card (front and back), and payment to Continuing Education before the camp registration deadline. A participant can register for multiple
camps on one form. One registered participant per form.

Fees and Payment:
The registration fee includes all program materials, snacks, and t-shirt. Other possible fees include parking passes for participants or parents who are parking on campus for entire camp. Parking passes are not needed for parents just dropping off or picking up participants. All fees must be paid before the camp registration deadline. Make checks payable to Continuing Education.

Confirmation:
Your registration will be confi rmed by e-mail. The confirmation will include a map showing you where to check-in for your camp.

Camp Locations:
All camps take place at K-State at Salina. A confirmation e-mail will contain a campus map showing you where to arrive for your camp.
