Apply for Housing

• To apply for housing you first must be admitted to Kansas State University.
• The housing fee is nonrefundable and goes toward residence life programming.
• Contracts will not be processed or considered complete until payment is received.
• The date and time a housing contract is completed will determine place in line for room selection process.
• Using your eID and password, you can sign into eRez Life to complete your housing contract as any time.
• Once you receive your hall and roommate assignment it is encouraged to get in touch with your roommate to get to know each other and coordinate what to bring!
• Residence halls open for occupancy in late August, information about moving in will be included in your hall assignment information.

• Housing Contract Priority Deadline: December 1
• Enrollment Hold Placed on Student Account (if housing application or first-year residency exemption has not been submitted): April 1
• Hall and Roommate Assignments Sent: July 1
• Deadline to Cancel Housing Contract: First day of classes
