Amenities, Room Layouts & What to Bring

All residence halls include:
- Free laundry
- Free trash service
- Free Wi-Fi
- Full kitchen
- Lounge areas
- Daily cleaning of common areas
- XL twin bed
- Dresser
- Desk
- Chair
Harbin and Schilling Halls feature two rooms adjoined by a bathroom, which is shared by four people. The bathroom has a shower with a shower door and there is a sink in each room. Additionally, both halls also include a dresser and wardrobe. Items to bring:
- Bedding (sheets will need to be XL twin)
- Toiletries
- Laundry supplies
- Pillow
- Plunger
- Toilet brush
- Trash can/bags
- Towel
- Basic cleaning supplies
- Minifridge
- Microwave
- Dishes/silverware (optional)
- Mattress topper (optional)
- Blackout curtains (optional)
Earhart Hall residents live in one- and two-student traditional-private rooms with multiple single-use bathrooms on each floor. Earhart also includes multiple single-occupancy restrooms (cleaned daily), walk-in closet, single-use study rooms and a microwave. Items to bring:
- Bedding (sheets will need to be XL twin)
- Toiletries
- Laundry supplies
- Pillow
- Trash can/bags
- Shower shoes
- Towel
- Basic cleaning supplies
- Minifridge
- Dishes/silverware (optional)
- Mattress topper (optional)
- Blackout curtains (optional)

K-State Salina has two residence halls on campus, Harbin Hall and Schilling Hall.
