Computer recommendations

Buying a new computer can be fun but also overwhelming if you don't know what to look for. See what the university requires and recommends for new machines.

eID information

Your electronic identifier, or eID, is your online and email username at K-State. It is used to sign into K-State's email, K-State Online, enroll in classes, accept financial aid, view online paychecks, and much more. Before signing into the online services K-State offers, you must verify your K-State eID and password at eid.ksu.edu.

NOTE: K-State will never ask for your password in an email. An email that asks for your password is a scam, delete it. Also, don't click links in emails that you weren't expecting. To keep your information safe, your eID password must be changed every 180 days.

Online services

Every K-State student has a free university email account. Sign in to Webmail with your K-State eID and password.
