Drone Engineering Camp

Get acquainted with important aspects of Drone Engineering! Get exposed to concepts of aerodynamics and electronics while building your own drone. Then put your skills to test through the Drone Challenge obstacle course.

Program highlights include:

• Build your own drone using kit and fly using a cell phone as a controller
• Learn about basic concepts of lift and drag
• Understand the electronics associated with drones

Registration Information

Program is limited to 20 participants.

Date: May 28-30, 2024

Time: 12:45 p.m.-5:15 p.m. daily

Grade: Students in 9-12th grade

Cost: $150

Registration includes t-shirt, drone kit, materials, and a daily.

Registration requirements:

• Complete registration form, accessed through the registration button below
• An Android or iOS phone for use as controller
• Payment of registration fee

Summer Program Cancellation Policy

In the event the minimum number of registrations are not met, three (3) weeks from the start date of the program, the program will be cancelled and all payments will be refunded immediately.

Refund Policy

Full refunds will be issued to those canceling registration up to eight (8) weeks from the start date of the summer program. Fifty (50) percent refunds will be issued to those canceling registration between eight (8) weeks and five (5) weeks from the start date of the summer program. No refunds issued after five (5) weeks from the start date of the summer program.
