Group Visits

Schedule a group visit to K-State Salina!

Come and see all the exciting things that are happening at K-State Salina! Plan a visit for a school or community group and let us help you arrange your day!

Availability

Group visits are offered on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 3 p.m.

• To ensure we can create the best experience possible, group visit requests must be made at least two weeks in advance.
• We must limit groups to a maximum of 100 students in order to provide an excellent campus visit experience. Please plan for one sponsor for every 20 students.

What you'll experience

• High School groups have the opportunity to receive an Admissions Presentation (30 minutes) and a walking tour of campus (60 minutes), including the residence halls.
• Middle School groups have the opportunity to receive a modified Admissions Presentation (30 minutes) and a walking tour of campus (30 minutes), not including the residence halls.
  
  *Groups can have lunch on campus if desired. Please note that lunch is funded by your group, not the university.

Group Visit Guidelines

• We ask that groups arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled visit time to allow for a smooth check-in.
• Groups that arrive more than 15 minutes late will result in a modified visit experience.
• If K-State staff deems that group unruly or unmanageable at any time during the campus visit, the presentation and/or tour will end.
• Times for group visits can be adjusted, please reach out to salinaadmissions@k-state.edu after you book your request.
