FAA Part 108 Webinar
Join the UAS experts for a free webinar on Thursday, September 4 at noon.
Kansas State University Salina Aerospace and Technology Campus invites you to participate in a free webinar to learn about the upcoming FAA regulation standardizing Beyond Visual Line of Sight (BVLOS) operations, also known as Part 108. This webinar aims to share the status of Part 108 and the public review and commentary process. Discussion will also include what Part 108 means for you, your drone operations and the future of UAS. Topics will include a summary of the Part 108 regulations, including guidance on detect-and-avoid, standars, integrations into national airspace, certification and training requirements.
The program will be led by Kansas State Salina's UAS experts. Learn more about Kansas State Aerospace and Technology Campus's Applied Aviation Research Center and our Uncrewed Aircraft Systems Training opportunities.
