WHERE THE FUTURE ISN'T JUST IMAGINED, IT'S BUILT

Kansas Artificial Intelligence Research & Entertainment Studio (K-AIRES)

K-AIRES is more than a research center, more than an entertainment studio and more than an educational institution. It’s a place where storytelling, design, coding and cutting-edge technology converge to pioneer the next generation of AI-driven applications, virtual environments and immersive training systems.

At K-State Salina, we’re partnering with Pure Imagination to create a unique industry-academic model that goes beyond collaboration. Here, education and industry don’t just intersect; they integrate, co-create and push the boundaries of what’s possible. Together, we're working to revolutionize how learning happens and transform the entertainment, aerospace, manufacturing and defense industries. K-AIRES is expected to open in 2026.
