What to expect

Burnout does not always come from long hours, and self-care is not just a trend. It is an intentional decision to protect peace of mind, restore the body, and preserve the soul while doint demanding work. This conference challenges us to reclaim self-care as an ethical responsibility.

This year's program brings together interactive workshops designed to help practioners, educators, and students identify hidden sources of strain, rethink self-care as a professional responsibility, and develop realistic strategies.

Through reflective dialogue, experiential learning, and practical skill-building, participants will leave with tools for boundary-setting, self-regulation, and workplace well-being that support both personal resilience and effective client care. Whether you are early in your career or deeply seasoned, this program offers grounded, transferable strategies to help you care well, without losing yourself in the process.
