Why our program?

The Aerospace Cyber Operations graduate certificate goes beyond uncrewed aircraft systems flight operations and focuses on preparing students to understand the protection of UAS from cyberattacks. It is geared towards professionals in UAS who work as or are prepared to be pilots, operators working in communications, payload, navigation, ground support, satellite coordination with assets, UAS/CUAS intelligence or risk analysis, or air-to-air delivery. This graduate certificate can either be a stand-alone certificate or lead directly into K-State Salina's Master of Science in Integrated Systems Design and Dynamics (ISDD) degree.

 

Program Details

The Aerospace Cyber Operations Graduate Certificate teaches information assurance and risk assessment principles regarding drone operations on land, sea, air, or satellite platforms. This program will explore risk analysis, surveillance, data fusion and the technologies that encompass the aerospace industry and cyber security.
